Terms of Service

At Egypt Tours Plus, we’re committed to delivering unforgettable travel experiences with clarity, care, and professionalism. These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the traveler) and Egypt Tours Plus & Partners regarding your tour booking, payment, cancellations, refunds, and other key policies.

By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms below. We encourage you to read them carefully—and reach out if you have any questions. Our dedicated team is always here to help.


1. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of your deposit or full balance constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. This agreement represents the full contract between you and Egypt Tours Plus & Partners.


2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Deposit: Secure your booking with just 25% of the total tour cost.
  • Festive Periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter): A 50% deposit is required.
  • Remaining Balance: Pay up to 2 days before arrival, or upon arrival in cash.

3. Credit Card Payments

If you’re paying by credit card, we’ll need a signed authorization letter from you, allowing us to charge your card. Your signature must match the one on your card and passport.


4. Cancellation Policy

Standard Travel Periods

  • 61+ days before arrival: 15% cancellation fee
  • 60–31 days before arrival: 35%
  • 30–15 days before arrival: 50%
  • 14–1 days before arrival: 100%

Airlines may charge additional cancellation fees. A 5% bank fee applies to all refunds.

Peak Seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter)

  • 61+ days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
  • 60–31 days before arrival: 50%
  • 30–15 days before arrival: 75%
  • 14–1 days before arrival: 100%

Airlines may charge additional cancellation fees. A 5% bank fee applies to all refunds.


5. Refunds

  • All refunds are issued using the same method as your original payment.
  • A 5% bank fee is deducted from all refunds.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure Policy

In the event of an official government or airline travel restriction:

  • You’ll receive a full refund, or
  • A travel credit equal to your payment, usable on future tours to any of our destinations.

Only flight cancellation/change fees and bank surcharges will apply, in line with airline terms. Reservations will be updated automatically to reflect your available credit.

Your safety and flexibility are always our top priorities.


7. Accommodation

  • Hotels are carefully selected for their quality, comfort, and location.
  • Prices are based on double occupancy.
  • A single supplement applies for solo travelers.

8. Flights

  • Domestic Flights: Quoted prices are averages; actual costs may vary based on timing and availability.
  • International Flights: Competitive rates are available upon request.

9. Children Policy

Packages, Cruises & Hotels

  • Under 2 years: Free of charge
  • Under 6 years: 25% of adult rate
  • Under 12 years: 50% of adult rate
  • 12+ years: Charged as adults

Applies to one child sharing a parent’s room. Flight supplements may apply.

Sightseeing Tours & Shore Excursions

  • Under 6 years: Free
  • Under 12 years: 50% of adult rate
  • 12+ years: Charged as adults

Domestic flight or ferry supplements may apply.


10. Special Requests

We welcome your special requests! Please share them when booking—such as:

  • Dietary needs
  • Accessibility requirements
  • Specific room types

While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, they cannot be guaranteed and are not part of the contract.


11. Responsibility

We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Political unrest
  • Hotel or airline schedule changes
  • Force majeure events

Any additional costs arising from such events are the responsibility of the traveler.


12. Tipping

Tipping is a customary way to show appreciation for good service in Egypt. It is entirely optional, but always warmly appreciated by our team.


13. Use of Photos

By tagging us or sharing your travel photos online, you grant Egypt Tours Plus permission to feature your content on our website or social media platforms.

14. Complaints

We’re here to ensure you have the best possible experience.

  • Please notify us immediately during your tour if you experience any issues.
  • After your trip, feel free to email our Customer Care Team if further assistance is needed.
  • If unresolved, you may contact our Customer Care Manager.

15. General Terms of Use

  • All disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • The UAE is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under 18 may not register or transact on this website.
  • Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
  • The cardholder must retain copies of all transaction records and policies.
  • We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP.
  • We do not provide services to countries under OFAC sanctions.
  • Multiple bookings may result in multiple transactions on your statement.
