Camel Ride at the Pyramids of Giza

There are many places in Egypt where visitors can ride camels and horses, but none of them can be compared to a camel ride at the Giza Pyramids, and the best time to experience this, is at sunrise or sunset. For this reason, departure times for this tour are at 05h00 and/or 19h00, depending on whether you want a sunrise experience or a sunset experience.

Whichever option you choose, one of our Expert tour guides will be you at your hotel at the appropriate time, and you will be transferred in a modern private vehicle to the site where the camels are waiting. Horses are also available for those who feel intimidated by the thought of a camel ride.

On arrival, you will mount your camel, and your camel ride at the Giza Pyramids will begin. Enjoy one of the most spectacular views imaginable as you slowly make your way to the base of the Great Pyramid. When you are seated on a camel in front of these ancient wonders at sunrise, it is remarkable to think that when the sun was coming up thousands of years ago, these same pyramids were here as well.
