Once you reach the hotel, you will be assisted with check-in, and then your tour manager will quickly go over your Cairo Sightseeing Tour itinerary with you, and confirm pick-up times for your tours. After this has been done, your tour manager will say goodbye, and the remainder of the day or evening will be yours to enjoy as you wish.

If you would rather not spend the rest of the day at your hotel, simply ask your tour manager if he can make any recommendations. Our tour managers are very knowledgeable, and they are always ready to help in any way they can.

Also Included: Free Welcome Drink

Day 2: Full Day of Cairo Sightseeing Tours

Wake up and enjoy the sort of breakfast you would expect from a 5-Star hotel, and then shortly after you have finished, one of our tour representatives will meet you at the hotel, and you will be driven in air-conditioned comfort to see some of the very best historical attractions this amazing city has to offer.

The first leg of today’s sightseeing extravaganza will see you visiting Egypt’s most recognizable archeological attractions, the Great Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. While you are at this ancient necropolis, you will also visit the iconic Sphinx, and the fascinating Valley Temple that faces the Sphinx. You will now have visited one of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World.

After your tour at the pyramids, you will be taken to a reputable local restaurant for a nice lunch, and once everyone in your small group has finished eating, you will then be taken to see a number of other fascinating attractions in and around the city.

Your first stop this afternoon will be at the amazing Egyptian Museum where you will have plenty of time to explore tens of thousands of ancient artifacts which are on display.

One of the biggest highlights at this museum is the Treasures Room. When Tutankhamen’s tomb was discovered in the early 20th century, it was still completely intact. Nobody had entered the tomb ever since it was sealed following his death. As a result, all the treasures and other artifacts that were buried with him for use in the afterlife were still in the tomb, along with his mummy.

Today, all those artifacts and treasures are on display in the Treasures Room at the Museum, and admission to the room is included in your Cairo Sightseeing Tour. The museum also has a Mummies Room where you can view real mummies which are kept in special climate-controlled displays, but admission to this room is not included in the tour. However, if you want to see the mummies, you can purchase a Mummies Room ticket at the museum.

Once your visit to the museum is over, you will make your way to an area known as Coptic Cairo, and it is here were you will visit the famous Hanging Church of Cairo, as well as the famous Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Finally, you will make your way to a part of the city known as Islamic Cairo where you will be taken to visit the historic Khan El Khalili Bazaar. This amazing bazaar has been open since ever since 14th century, and many people would agree that no visit to Cairo is complete if you have not visited the bazaar.

There is so much to see at this vast market place, and nearly all tourists end up doing some shopping while they are here, but even if you do not want to shop or buy anything, it is still a wonderful place to visit.

You will have ample time to shop and explore, and then after that, you will be driven back to your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing at the hotel, or freshen up and then head back out on your own to get a feel of what Cairo is like once the sun begins to set.

Meals Included: Breakfast and Lunch

Day 3: End of Your Cairo Sightseeing Tour

Wake up and enjoy a lovely breakfast at your hotel, and then have some free time for yourself. How much free time you have will of course depend on what time your flight is due to leave Cairo.

Your tour manager will have confirmed a pick-up time with you already, and at that time he will arrive to escort you to the airport in time for you to board your onward flight.

Your 3-Day Cairo Sightseeing Tour is over, but it will have been a tour you will never forget, and hopefully you will be returning at some point in the future.
